Texas pays respects to Charlie Kirk by lowering flags on all state government buildings
Austin, Texas – Governor Greg Abbott has ordered all state government buildings across Texas to lower the United States and Texas flags to half-staff in tribute to Charlie Kirk, following the announcement of his death.
