Fort Worth, Texas – As summer winds down, Fort Worth Park & Recreation invites families to seize the last days of the season with a lineup of engaging camps for children ages 5-12. Running from August 4-9, these camps offer kids the chance to stay active, challenge their minds, and pick up new skills before heading back to school. Whether your child wants to master chess moves, flip on the gymnastics floor, or sharpen their aim in archery, Fort Worth has something to spark their excitement.

Chess Wizards Camp

For young thinkers, the Chess Wizards Camp promises a fun and interactive environment where kids can strengthen their chess abilities. Campers will engage in challenging lessons, games, and prizes that help develop focus, patience, and strategy.
