Irving, Texas – The Irving Police Department is once again turning to the public for help in locating 34-year-old Joseph Fowler, who vanished in March 2025. Fowler was last seen near Addington Drive in Irving, and despite ongoing efforts, his whereabouts remain unknown.
The department posted an update to social media on Monday morning, stressing that the investigation is still active but reaching a critical point. “At this time, most investigative leads have been exhausted; however, all new leads and tips continue to be thoroughly investigated,” the post read. “Recent information has prompted us to share this case in hopes that someone may have information that can help provide answers.”
Before his disappearance, Fowler was reportedly seen at two different spots—first near the intersection of North Belt Line Road and West Rochelle Road, and later near the Walmart located at 4100 West Airport Freeway. These were the last confirmed sightings, and officials are hoping someone who may have been in those areas around the time of his disappearance may remember something useful.
Fowler is described as a white man standing about 6 feet tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He weighs between 160 and 225 pounds. Authorities believe he is likely still wearing his distinctive long goatee. In addition to his facial hair, Fowler has noticeable tattoos on his left forearm and hand, which could help someone recognize him if seen.
Anyone with information about Joseph Fowler’s disappearance is urged to contact the Irving Police Department by calling 972-273-1010 or dialing 911. Even small tips may prove valuable in helping bring clarity to this case.
