Fort Worth resident wins $1 million top prize in Texas Lottery’s Millions Club scratch ticket game

Fort Worth, Texas – A Fort Worth resident has claimed a $1 million top prize from the Texas Lottery® scratch ticket game Millions Club. The winning ticket was purchased at Crossroad Shell, located at 3605 Western Center Blvd., in Fort Worth. The lucky winner has chosen to remain anonymous.

Millions Club Offers Big Wins

This marks the eighth of 10 top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in the Millions Club game. The scratch ticket game boasts more than $161 million in total prizes, with overall odds of winning any prize being 1 in 3.36, including break-even prizes.

Texas Lottery’s Ongoing Contributions

The Texas Lottery has been a significant source of revenue for the state since it began in 1992. Over the years, it has generated more than $40 billion in revenue and awarded over $89 billion in prizes to lottery players.

A substantial portion of this revenue benefits public education in Texas. Since 1997, the Texas Lottery has contributed $34.03 billion to the Foundation School Fund, which supports public education initiatives across the state. Additionally, the lottery has played a role in assisting Texas veterans.
